Privacy policy

This explains what Sandadi Technologies Pvt Ltd collects when you use Sandadi, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: your name and mobile number.
• Bookings: the events you join, tickets, check-ins, and refunds.
• WhatsApp consent: whether, and when, you agreed to receive WhatsApp messages.
• Hosts: payout details (PAN, address, bank account) are sent directly to Razorpay for verification. We store only your business name and the last 4 digits of your bank account.

How we use it

To run your account and bookings, process payments and refunds, send tickets and reminders you have agreed to, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Who sees it

• Hosts see the name and mobile number of people booked on their events, so they can run check-in and contact attendees.
• Razorpay processes payments and host payouts.
• Meta (WhatsApp) delivers messages you opted in to.

We don't sell your data.

WhatsApp messages

We only message you on WhatsApp if you opted in. Reply STOP to any message, or turn it off on your account page, to opt out.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Account → Delete my account; your name and phone number are erased straight away. You can also ask to access or correct your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@example.com. We keep transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Security

Connections are encrypted, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant provider, and access to personal data is limited to what is needed to run the service.
