Sandadi ("we", "us") is operated by Sandadi Technologies Pvt Ltd. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

What we do

We are a marketplace that connects people with events and clubs run by independent hosts. Hosts, not Sandadi, organise and are responsible for their events, including venue, safety and what is promised in the listing.

Your account

You log in with your mobile number. Keep your account secure and give us accurate details. You must be 18 or older to book paid events, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.

Tickets and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are set by hosts.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• A spot is held for a short time while you pay. If payment doesn't complete, the spot is released.
• Refunds follow the event's refund window and our refund policy.

Hosts

Hosts agree to run events as described, to honour tickets sold, and to complete identity (KYC) checks with our payment partner before receiving payouts. We keep a platform fee from each paid ticket, shown on the host's payouts page.

Acceptable use

Don't harass others, post misleading events, or misuse tickets or QR codes. We may remove events or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

Events involve real-world activities. To the extent the law allows, Sandadi isn't liable for events we don't organise, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the ticket in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the registered office of Sandadi Technologies Pvt Ltd.
